La Promesa Luxury es simplemente un lugar espectacular,la ambientación del lugar está muy bien pensada cada detalle es perfecto ,el lugar está todo rosado y la decoración es todo que ver 🩷 ,estuve celebrando el Cumpleaños de mi hija perruna y realmente se lo disfruto por lo cual te recomiendo ir con tu mascota ,cada espacio es excelente para tomar muy buenas fotos y la comida es muy buena,el servicio es bueno pero puede mejorar.
The service was okay, but it was hard to get the server’s attention due to the restaurant's lay out. We were also getting sudden whiffs of vomit for some reason. They only accept cash and local QR transactions that don’t include my local bank. They don’t accept cards or use the “llaves” option offered by Bre-B. I had to make extra effort to transfer my money to a Bancolombia account, which ruined my plan. The hassle was not worth the headache to pay.

The place asks you for minimum consumption per person which is completely stupid, decoration not my particular taste but fine, service was rude and slow. Food is mostly meat or hamburgers. Expensive and not great. Would definitely pass on this one. Far better options in Santa Elena. They don't take credit card. Only bank transfer or cash
I’m going to be very objective with this review. And I would recommend full lecture of it. I would never return or would recommend this business for any event. When scheduling our gender reveal the point of contact gave us an estimate on the costs for 25 guests with beverages, and appetizers. We scheduled the decorations and drove over an hour to get to this place. Half way through with guest already at the location, the admin walks up to us and notifies us that we must have 1 main plate at least per person, this was not informed to us during the quoting process. We were of course not going…
The place is too pink. Be ware to take cash, pay there It is really difficult with other method. If you make an appointment they suggest to stay 4 hours.
