Helpful staff. Delicious drinks. A lot cheaper & more delicious than Starbucks. If they had a store with comfortable seating & WiFi, I don't think anyone would go to Starbucks anymore.

A similar follow onto the latest review posted here (25/1/26). I hate to put a low star rating here as I do not think it is an accurate portrayal of their good usual delivery. In fact I have ordered here a few times and they’ve always delivered nice delicious drinks at a fast pace. I’m not sure what happened with the staff management today on the Sunday? The app was still taking orders, Google said the store was open. But when you arrive at the store it is closed and there was no notice or sign. Eventually you need to cancel the order you make through the app and wait for the refund. Please…
Ordered Cloud mousse blue coco latte half sugar. 10mins wait despite there not being many people. Pleasant taste and was glad I only got half sugar. Would get again.

This isn't just your average latte—it truly lives up to its name. The texture is incredibly velvety and smooth, thanks to the creamy milk they use. It gives the whole drink a rich, luxurious mouthfeel that makes it super comforting. I also really enjoyed the coffee blend itself (the Sirius blend). It has a lovely delicate aroma and I could definitely pick up on those subtle dark chocolate undertones without it being overly sweet.
This coffee shop is a small hole in the wall shop right next to Gong Cha. Came here on a weekday morning and found it surprisingly busy. You can conveniently order on the app and pick up in store. They had several orders already lined up at the counter ready for pick up and the two staff were busy preparing coffees. Honestly what Hendrix Maxwell said was really rude since shes just a teenager thats trying to gain experience, she could be really tired that day since it is always really BUSY IN THE AFTERNOONS.
