we just moved here and i have nothing but amazing things to say it is a beautiful property with amazing amenities the unit is beautiful modern and spacious and the staff is amazing! i worked with Cynthia for my move and she was so amazing from the first tour i went on she was extremely professional kind and willing to answer all questions she was very communitive throughout the whole processes and i cannot imagine a better scenario for my move!
We just finished a tour at Aston Square and had an absolutely amazing experience, largely thanks to Cynthia. She is incredibly knowledgeable about everything — the apartments, amenities, floor plans, leasing process, and the community as a whole. On top of that, she was extremely patient and kind. She actually gave us the tour twice, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever rushing us. Cynthia truly goes above and beyond. I loved living at Aston square. One of the best apartments I have ever rented. They always keep everything nice and clean. Maintenance is super responsive. If I didn’t have to move closer to Orlando I would have stayed longer !
We worked with Cynthia for our move in and she was very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. This was greatly appreciated during a stressful move. We were coming from out-of-state, but she answered all my calls and reached out to me as well with additional information when trying to pick a unit and was overall very helpful. I am very happy with our unit so far - it’s spacious, has nice counters and appliances, and has great lighting which makes it feel warmer and more open.

This has been one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in. The office team Cynthia, Gladys and Nick are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The grounds are clean, the buildings are secure, and the vibe here is peaceful. Anytime I’ve needed something, the staff has responded quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a safe and comfortable home.
I absolutely loved my time living here! I stayed for a full year and only moved because of my husband’s military orders otherwise, I would have happily renewed my lease. From the very first day, everyone in the management office made me feel welcome. Gladys and Xiomara were amazing! They were always friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about the residents. Beautiful apartment homes, however if you have to deal with management it will be nothing short of a nightmare. My move out was scheduled for 09/30/25 per my lease but they had someone scheduled to move in my apartment the beginning of September. No one contacted me at all before then regarding any move out. I only found out because I received mail that wasn’t mine and returned it to the office when I was told “you’re supposed to move out tomorrow” then I was told they “have to see” if I can stay until my lease ends because someone is moving in and they have to see if they’re okay with…
As a new resident moving in I had such a great experience starting from the parking towards the office and walk thru. Gladys was fenomenal such great customer service with that smile on her face very very professional. She explained everything in details that atmosphere in that office is so peaceful the apartments are very comfy and beautiful.
