I rarely write reviews, but this one is truly from the heart. The entire team made an incredible effort to process my application quickly, and I will never forget the support they gave me during a time when I really needed help. While other luxury apartments kept delaying my application and making the process longer and more stressful, the team here showed genuine care and understanding. Had a great experience touring Soltra Kierland with Mikey Burrola. He was very nice, super helpful, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel relaxed and informative. The community itself is absolutely stunning, and the location is honestly one of the best you could ask for. I really enjoyed the tour and appreciated how welcoming the experience was.
I have been living in Soltra for about 6 months and I absolutely love it here. The community is beautiful and well maintained, and the location is ideal with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and everyday necessities. The amenities are a big highlight and the pool is especially beautiful at sunset, the speakeasy is a fun and unique touch, and the gym is clean, modern, and very well equipped. Tracie has been absolutely wonderful throughout my time here. She is incredibly sweet, kind, and always welcoming, and she genuinely goes out of her way to help whenever I have a question or concern.…
When my now ex and I moved in, we were really excited and enjoyed the first few months. After a bit, two in house employees began interacting on a personal level with my then partner, including wine dates out together. There were texts exchanged between my ex and a manager named Tracy, involving the employees past domestic violence with her current husband, as well as other conversational pieces that feel inappropriate coming from ‘management.’ Our relationship ended on unfortunate terms, and both my ex and I obtained protective/restraining orders against one another. We lived at Soltra Kierland for just about a year, and our experience was consistently positive, especially since the new team took over. Mikey in the leasing office, and Hannah the property manager, have truly elevated the community. They are incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional, and you can feel that they genuinely care about the residents. Any time we had a question or needed support, they handled it quickly and with a great attitude. I stopped by for a tour and at first the experience was a little rough since the lady in the office gave me a bit of trouble. Mikey stepped in and completely turned it around, making sure I got the proper experience. He’s honestly one of the realest people you’ll ever meet and made everything feel genuine and easy. Mikey showed me how great and new these apartments are, giving luxury feels and because of him I can’t wait to come back and make this place home.
We worked with Tracie in the Soltra leasing office. She is one on the most endearing people I have met in a long time. Being a mother herself she understood how a parent or any family would feel about a loved one living away. She is knowledgeable and so intuitive that she knows the question before you ask and yes she has the answer! Love that women and yes my loved one just moved in to the Soltra and is loving every minute! Thanks Tracie, you truly are the best!
Scott was awesome to work with! He is a genuine guy and tells it like it is! He sells the property authentically and with confidence. The property looks amazing! Only 200 units and seems like it will be very intimate with all of our neighbors. I am excited to move into this amazing property that looks like a resort.
