Good communication from the initial call to the completed installation. They professionally made measurements and developed the window requirements. The installation crew worked quickly and efficiently. They did a first class job.
Working with Stanek has been an absolute nightmare. Unbelievably poor customer service. The photos are some examples of the work that was left unfinished, and the company would not return our calls or emails. It took five weeks for them to finally come back and clean this up. Abominable.
I recently had three windows installed, and the work was outstanding. Mr. José put a lot of effort into making sure everything was perfect, and the result is excellent. Highly recommend!
Since May 2025 been trying to get ahold of someone at Stanek. I need a part for a storm door. Took several weeks to finally get some movement. Then I’m told there labor rate is 495$ an hour. I can only get the part through a distributor. So I’m stuck paying almost 1/3 the cost of a new door for just a screen. This is all fine and good had it not taken 4 weeks of emails and 5 phone calls. I’m on week 3 (week 10 since the first email)of waiting for the higher up to reply to an email supposedly sent on my behalf from there customer service department. Not sure what the problem. I have left a…

UPDATE - We emailed Stanek Windows as noted in the owner's response....as expected, we received no reply. I stand by my original review. They replaced our front and rear storm door and screen door. Paid approximately $9,000 total and am very upset by the poor quality of the materials. Front door work ....I have no complaints (yet), but it is only about 1 year old and doesn't take on the elements as it is inside a breeze way. The person in charge of that install seemed to know what he was doing ...and it shows in the workmanship. Rear door, which was installed a couple of years before the…
This company is top heavy and doesn’t care about their customers. The only employees that care are the installers and the customer service rep at the local office. The Wisconsin rep, head office people, even corporate couldn’t care less about the customer. Did a kitchen remodel in 2023. Ordered three custom windows (normal size) in June 2023, were installed in November 2023. Was told windows would take 10-14 weeks, it took over 20 weeks. No communication, no update, went 3 months with wood sheets over the window opening. When windows arrived the outside of the window was scratched up…
I had Stanek windows install in two previous residences and was very pleased with the install and the few minor service requests afterwards. One of the window lock stops broke and then sent a new one. Now to the current install. Had the installation done in February Or March of this year. Install crew was from Chicago area. Worked very hard to get the job done. Now as the Winter of 2023/24 begins, I have condensation in all the windows. I have called and emailed them to get help with a resolution and no answer to either inquiry. Maybe a registered letter return receipt would let me know that…
What a disappointment. We were so pleased with the quality of our first window and the excellent installation, that we ordered two more large windows. This contractor is owned by the Stanek Window Company which is headquartered in Macedonia Ohio. They manufacture the windows and rely on the local representative to arrange installation. The windows we ordered seem just as good as last time however, the installation is not good. At this time, the installation is not complete because the installers indicated that the company did not provide the correct trim. The installer told me that they would…
