"I absolutely love living here! The location is fantastic, with easy access to downtown and walking distance to cafes. The management team, especially Angelo, is incredibly responsive and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. The amenities are par excellence . Highly recommended!"
I have not interacted with management much ‘cause I’m barely home but the office was busy when I went to schedule my move-out Friday but the office staff was still really nice and didn’t rush me at all. you could tell they were tired cause it was the end of the day but still helped me out. I’m only moving cause I got called for another lottery apartment that’s way less than what I am paying now. The front desk is nice. Monique was great and greeted everyone by name. Alex, Rene, Matthew, Magda and Mark actually care about their job. They are severely overworked though and it is unfortunate. It…
The management team is so awesome. I love on the 60th floor and the view is super nice. Angelo is the best guy ever that when i ever I had a problem, he as the building manager took them seriously. Will continue to live here.
I went to the holiday party yesterday with my daughter, who lives at Sven, and it was a great time. I didn’t get a chance to meet the management directly, but they seemed friendly and welcoming. They were actually talking and mingling with residents, which you don’t always see at other buildings. You can actually tell they enjoy what they do. I also overheard residents saying really positive things about them and the building, so I’d definitely say Sven seems like a great place to live.

The guy and two girls in the management office are amazing. They are so attentive and handle your request fast. My neighbor was smoking and the building staff could not pinpoint who it was for a while and on a Saturday, one of the girls from the office came into my apartment and was able to identify the source in a snap of a finger. The situation was handled so fast. She ultimately reached out to the residents and they didn’t smoke again. I can sleep at night now. Thank you management. Keep doing what you’re doing it’s getting noticed in our group chat :-)
Location is great and the staff is friendly. Nice amenities and manhattan view. Leasing agent Helena is very professional and i appreciate her touring the building.
We have been here a year and so far it has been a wonderful experience. Love the SVEN community feel and the fun monthly social events with neighbors. Like any new building there are some glitches but the management has been exceptional in resolving issues quickly. The amenities and facilities are worth paying the fee (if you use it). The library, fitness rooms, group classes, game room, and office space has been very useful and convenient to balance health, work, and family life-style. I moved into this apartment 3 months ago from overseas and have found it very comfortable. First of all, the view from the room is great and there isn’t much noise like in Manhattan, so I can sleep very well. Secondly, the amenities in the apartment are just great, especially the training equipment in the gym. I also take advantage of the library of the apartment when I feel like reading or working in a different atmosphere.
