Akel Homes has done an excellent job overall in every aspect of the building process as well as the community in general. After building several homes with national builders my experience with Akel Homes has exceeded all others. The developer has vast experience and expertise and it shows in the fine details within the community. Presently there is a national material shortage and over 100 houses currently under construction in this community so there will be bumps along the way but Akel Homes is doing their best to deal with these complex issues. As a licensed architect looking to relocate, I immediately recognized quality when I toured Villamar. The construction materials and methods were the same as what I’ve seen in million dollar homes and the design aesthetics and spatial configuration were balanced and harmonious. When it came time to customize, I was pleased to learn their design center has thousands of options, so I could really customize my home to my own particular aesthetic. It’s hard to find quality homes these days, which will make my decision all the easier. I’ll definitely be back to Villamar.
We visited this community multiple times during our recent search for a home. The sales team was courteous and responsive. They also had multiple home designs and layouts to choose from, one of our favorites was the "Cabo". Our home buying plans have been put on hold due to the pandemic situation but we'll be returning to Villamar as soon as we feel comfortable enough to proceed with a major financial decision.
I moved to Villamar in November 2019 and absolutely love the community! It is modern, beautiful and the owners stop at nothing to provide excellence in our community. I also love the realtors that represent the builder onsite, they are very thorough! Great customer service provided by the warranty team as well. Happy Resident, M. Manley

We moved here in March 2020, the house is great, well built and well designed. We highly recommend this builder. We had help with the layout of the pool area from the builder and his associates, we are now enjoying our time here.
I bought my home in Villamar in September 2019. It was one of my best decisions ever - the whole process of customizing my home was so easy and enjoyable. The onsite home design center is full of many choices of designs, styles, materials, etc. that you can be sure to find something that fits your personal style and standards. The quality of the homes are really superb! Also the fact that the homes come standard with natural gas is a HUGE plus for me personally. The community is just beautiful and the location is truly perfect - close to ALL amenities, great school district, nearby hospitals,…
I love my AKEL Home at VillaMar. AKEL is a fantastic home builder. They are a family business that truly cares about customer service. Their build quality is superb and their floor layouts are modern and efficient, making the best use of every square foot. I would highly recommend AKEL Homes to anyone, specifically their VillaMar community in Lake Worth, FL.
I bought an Akel home at the Villamar community in Lake Worth, FL. This is my second new home purchase. I love the floor plan; the homes are beautiful with many upgrades at a good price. The staff is wonderful with great customer service including Mr. Ramsey Akel, who wants to make sure his owners are pleased and satisfied. He goes above and beyond to get things done.
