I had a very disappointing experience at Orbi City Batumi, specifically Block C. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, but when we arrived with my friend they told us to go to the 19th floor office to check in. When we entered the office there were 5–6 guys sitting there smoking and playing cards, which looked extremely unprofessional. After waiting, they suddenly told us that the apartment we booked was no longer available. It felt like a trick to bring customers in and then change the room once you arrive. They then promised to give us two separate rooms next to each other, but that was also…
A very comfortable and pleasant place to stay in... Top modern, rooms are equipped with most necessary things needed for both short and long stays. The prices are more than reasonable, service desk 7/24, located in the most modern and beautiful part of Batumi... Thank you.
Great affordable apartments during winter. But, prices double during summer as Orbi City is right next to the sea. The area is central with many stores and restaurants around. All said and done, still good value for money
The place is very crowded, with frequent elevator lines. The apartments feel dirty and worn, and the overall organization leaves much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. But view on the hight floor is gorgeous.

DO NOT BOOK HERE A terrible experience with Orbi Coastal Charm and ended up having to book a different hotel after waiting for over two hours in the lobby. The booking instructions stated to pick up the keys from reception, but upon arrival at ORBI City Tower C, the staff informed me that this is a private apartment and they have nothing to do with the check-in process. The lobby was chaotic, overcrowded, and felt very unsafe. There were "street agents" constantly harassing us and others to rent apartments at inflated prices, which felt very much like a scam. I don't understand why this building is so popular. The ceiling is 2.5 m tall. More than half of elevators are not working. You can wait them forever even on low season. No gas So your apartment will be definitely cold and humid in winter
The location is great. The facility itself has questionable furniture, and there are several loose floor tiles in the halls. It's kind of nerve wracking to be on the 35th floor and tiles are shifting as you walk. The balconies are nice. The lobby is nice. They have a snack shop right there on the way to the elevator. The staff are nice. The bed was comfortable.
We stayed in one of the rooms on the 33rd floor of Orbi city block C. The room was supposed to have a full sea view but you could hardly see the sea from a corner of the balcony. The rooms are nice but not clean. The sheets, the pillows, … were so dirty. The location of the building is nice. One very important thing is that since there are many tourists staying in the building, you sometimes have to wait for a long time to get in the elevator, and even when you get in there are 8-10 people in the elevator and you cannot even breathe!
