David Ian Gray

David was the Founder and Principal of DIG360, a highly respected Canadian retail and DTC advisory headquartered in Vancouver. He was also co-founder and co-host of @TheBusinessOfRetail podcast. For the past six years he has been honing his craft of teaching and course design at both undergraduate and exec levels, with a special focus on promoting retail studies across Canada. A thirst for knowledge drives him, as does the belief that insight is a catalyst for innovation. David's curiosity and desire to find better business practices has kept him consistently ahead of the curve on many
