I am a member of the Investment Management practice group of Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam. I specialise in fund formation and fund investments. I assist private equity and venture capital fund managers with the formation, fundraising and operation of their funds. I also act on behalf of various investors in respect of their fund investments. I am actively involved with the Dutch Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and worked in the New York office and Luxembourg office of Loyens & Loeff.
