*1002Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Oneida County (Anthony F. Shaheen, J.), entered May 1, 2003. The judgment dismissed the complaint, upon a jury verdict, in a personal injury action.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
