Plaintiffs appeal from the district court’s ruling in this libel action granting defendant’s motions for summary judgment.

Defendant, Time, Inc., publishes a national weekly news magazine. The subject of this lawsuit concerns an article which defendant published in its September 22, 1975, issue entitled “Into the Pit”.
