Error is here prosecuted to reverse the judgment of the common pleas court of Knox county, Ohio.
The parties to this action stand in this court in the same position that they stood in the court below.
The action below was based on a promissory note for $1,100, executed and delivered by defendants, B. E. Litt and others, to one Will H. Ade, and claimed to have been duly sold, assigned and transferred to the plaintiff for a valuable consideration, before due.
