MONTEMURO, Judge:

Appellee Dorothy Werner brought this action in equity for partition of property owned by the parties as tenants in common. The trial court appointed a master to take testi'mony, make findings of fact and conclusions of law. Following a hearing at which both parties presented testimony and various documents, the master filed a report recommending that appellee-plaintiff’s request for partition be granted.
