Appeal from an order of the County Court of Warren County (Austin, J.), rendered September 30, 2002, which classified defendant as a risk level III sex offender under the Sex Offender Registration Act.
Defendant was convicted in Colorado of the crime of aggravated incest as a result of sexual contact he had with his biological daughter when she was a minor. He was sentenced in 1999 to four years in prison.
