This is a bill to cancel a conveyance, following the sale of a property, on the ground that the vendor was without legal capacity to make a valid sale. The property sold was the right to receive $400,000 out of one-third of the remainder of the estate of Andrew M. Moore, deceased, ,upon the death of the survivor of his three sons, the income from which remainder was payable under a spendthrift trust to the sons and the survivors until the death of the last survivor.
