OPINION

Plaintiff, Neuweg Fertigung GmbH (“Neuweg”), moves pursuant to Rule 56.1 of the Rules of this Court for judgment on the agency record challenging the results of the first administrative review of anti-friction bearings from the Federal Republic of Germany as it relates to Neuweg.
