The Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company (Peoples Gas) petitions this court to review an order entered by the Illinois Commerce Commission (Commission) that the complainant, Christine Perkins, was not the customer of record from February 1984 to May 1985 and, therefore, could not be held responsible for the unpaid gas service.
