This action was brought by Alexander Martin, now deceased, to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by him on March 8, 1925, while he was employed as a car inspector and repairman in the outer switching-yards of the Wabash Railway Company at Hannibal, Missouri. The action is brought under the provisions of the Federal Employers' Liability Act (45 U.S.C.A., secs. 51-59; U.S. Comp.
