—In an action, inter alia, to recover a fee for consulting services, the defendants appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Zambelli, J.), dated August 23, 2000, which, after a nonjury trial, is in favor of the *545plaintiff and against them in the principal sum of $50,000, and the plaintiff cross-appeals from so much of the same judgment as is in its favor in the principal sum of only $50,000.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
