MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

On March 5, 1997, the Court issued an ex parte order for arrest of the vessel My Girls, pursuant to Rule C(3) of the Supplemental Rules to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims, on plaintiffs filing of a verified complaint alleging that defendant John Singleton had failed to pay boat storage fees.
