Certifying the law.

The appellee, F. W. Wilson, was indicted by the grand jury of Metcalfe county .for “unlawfully and feloniously obtaining money from another by false pretenses,” and upon his trial thereunder he was convicted and his punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for two years. The court sustained his motion for a new trial and set the verdict aside and continued the case. The Commonwealth has appealed to this, court, under the provisions of section 335 of the Criminal Code, for the purpose of having the law certified to the trial…
