MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the motion for contempt for violation of the automatic stay and for sanctions filed by Butler/Binion Group, Ltd. (''Butler/Bin-ion”) against Gallatin County State Bank (the “Bank”). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court having considered all of the pleadings and evidence adduced at trial, hereby denies the relief sought. The Court holds in this case of apparent first impression that the cause of action created by 11 U.S.C. § 362(h) is available only to debtors or their pre-petition creditors, and…
