Appellant, the plaintiff below, in her amended and supplemental bill, hereinafter referred to as the complaint, alleged that in October, 1922, she was married to Edward J. Koch and has lived and cohabited with bim as his wife from that time and that they are the parents of two minor children, aged 10 and 8 years respectively, and that she and her children are wholly dependent upon Edward J. Koch for their support, shelter, maintenance and sustenance.
