The legatees under the will of Catharine Werner have filed objections to the account of the executrix claiming that she should not be credited with an item of $500, alleged to he due her from the testatrix, nor with $115 for personal expenses, and that she should be charged with $2,286.34, which was deposited in the Poughkeepsie Savings Bank in the name of “ Catharine Wemer, in trust for Katie Hydrant.”

The executrix is at various places in the record referred to as Katie Werner, Hydrant, Williams and Biggars.
