ELLIS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by a district court sitting as an appellate probate court in a trial de novo. The judgment denied certain claims made by the appellant, Eunice Bryan, concerning property held by the independent executor of the estate of her deceased husband. The appellee, Louis Bryan, Independent Executor of the Estate of W. C.
