On October 10, 1930, Mrs. Trinity Tourne Williams, who was the second wife of R. J. Williams, deceased, and administrator of his estate, filed a claim against the estate consisting of three items, aggregating, with interest, the sum of eleven thousand two hundred five dollars and eighty cents. One item of this claim was a promissory note for five thousand five hundred dollars, signed by the said R. J.
