Plaintiff, J. David Olson, appeals from an order of the circuit court which, on administrative review, confirmed the decision of the city of Wheaton police pension board (board) that awarded plaintiff a “not-on-duty” disability pension under section 3 — 114.2 of the Illinois Pension Code (Code) (Ill.
