OPINION

By LEMERT, J.

On the 24th day of February, 1936, for a valuable consideration the defendant executed and delivered to the plaintiff its policy of insurance on a dwelling house in the sum of $2,000, against loss by fire. Said dwelling house, was burned down on the 9th day of March, 1936 and was an entire loss, and the defendant was duly notified of the loss sustained by the assured. The insurance company refused to pay and the plaintiff brought suit on said policy.
