WALTERS, Chief Judge.
This is an appeal by James Hickman from his convictions on one count of aiding and abetting the delivery of a controlled substance and on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Hickman argues on appeal that there was insufficient evidence to support the verdicts on two of the charges. Hickman also asserts that he received ineffective assistance of counsel because his attorney, who represented a co-defendant in the proceedings, had a conflict of interest in the dual representation.
