In this original proceeding in mandamus, Péter Cassi-nélli seeks' to require the respondent, honorable Clement' R. Bassett, Commissioner of the West Virginia Department of Employment Security, to pay Cassinelli -unemployment compensation benefits in -the sum of $832.00 pursuant to the decision of the Board of Review of the Department of Employment -Security, which is evidenced by an order entered on August-19, 1963.
