The Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District served the respondent with a verified petition, dated September 19, 2011, containing four charges of professional misconduct. The Special Referee sustained all four charges. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm the report of the Special Referee. The respondent, by his attorney, opposes the Grievance Committee’s motion to confirm the report of the Special Referee.
