Action to recover the value of certain machinery.

This is an action brought to recover the value of certain property consisting of machinery, etc., in a planing mill' and factory, -located in the village of Oazenovia, H. T.

The evidence shows that the building in which the machinery is located has been used for the same general -purposes for many years, and that the machinery and- tools therein now claimed by the plaintiff to be personal property, have been devoted to the same general- use during all -this period of time. T^e factory was originally used as a woolen mill,, and more than twenty years ago Was converted into a wood-working shop…
