MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CROW, District Judge.
In this ease, the parties vie for the proceeds of life insurance policies issued by United of Omaha Life Insurance Company and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company insuring Kermit L. Pope, who is now deceased, and the proceeds of an IRA issued by Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. The plaintiff, Mary Diane Pope, is the widow of Kermit Pope.
