Brian Pace and Robert Montgomery were indicted for attempt murder in violation of section 8 — 4 of the Criminal Code (Ill. Rev. Stát. 1969, ch. 38, § 8 — 4) and aggravated battery in violation of section 12 — 4 (b)(1) of the Criminal Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1969, ch. 38, § 12 — 4(b)(1)) of Justo Rivera and Angel Rivera.
