1Per curiam
M. L. Harris, the defendant in error herein, has moved the court to dismiss the appeal or in the alternative to' compel the giving of supersedeas bond or to award the right to issue execution.
On the ISth day of July, 1932, it was made to appear to this court that the bond formerly given herein to protect the right of M. L. Harris was entirely insufficient, and the court ordered the appellant to file an additional supersedeas bond in the amount of $3,500 within 20 days from the 8th day of July, 1932.
That bond -has not been filed, nor has any additional bond in lieu thereof been filed.
