It was contended in the Court of Common Pleas that there is no provision of law authorizing an appeal by the complainant from the Probate Court to the Court of Common Pleas, and a motion'to that effect was filed by Anthony Wilson, which was overruled and the case thereupon was heard and submitted on the evidence. The''appeal was made under the provisions of §11206 GC.
