Appellants are three tavern keepers and they appeal from judgments of the circuit court of DuPage county rendered against them and one Albert Sako, driver of a car, in an automobile accident case. Appellees brought suit to recover damages which they alleged they sustained by reason of an automobile collision and based their right to recover under the provisions of the Dram Shop Act. Their complaint alleged intoxication of Sako caused by liquor purchased from appellants, and that he was the driver of the automobile which collided with the car owned by appellee, James A.
