—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant Storch Engineers appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Polizzi, J.), dated November 15, 1996, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the cross claims of Laquila Construction, Inc., and Pavlo Engineering insofar as asserted against it.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with one bill of costs payable by the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs, the motion is granted, and the cross claims of the respondents are dismissed insofar as asserted against…
