The Equal Employment Review Board ruled that the News-Journal Company, respondent-appellant, discriminated against Alfred Connell, appellee, an apprentice newsman on its staff, 1 with respect to compensation and the terms and conditions of his employment, in violation of 19 Del. C. § 711(a)(1) and (2). 2 The News-Journal has appealed to this Court pursuant to 19 Del.C. § 712(k).
