These renegotiation cases come before the court on defendant’s exceptions to the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommended opinion issued by Trial Judge Louis Spector on November 18, 1976, in accordance with Rule 134(h), in which he held that Camel Manufacturing Company (Camel or plaintiff) had realized no excessive profits during the fiscal years in issue.
