This is an application to this court for prohibition, and for a mandamus to the trial judge to grant a suspensive appeal from an interlocutory order grant*743ing the custody of a child, pending án application for the permanent custody of the child. In answer to the rule nisi, the learned trial judge sets forth as follows his reasons for refusing the appeal:
