This is an appeal from an order granting a temporary writ of injunction restraining appellant from entering upon certain property, being lot No. 4 in block No. 32, in Alamo Heights, Bexar county, Tex., and in any manner interfering with its use and possession by appellee or its tenants. The allegations of the petition of appellee are that it bought the land from the Equitable Life Insurance Company, which bought it from the vendor of appellant; that each of the deeds contained the following restrictions, or covenants:

“That the said vendee, its successors and assigns,
