1Opinion of the CourtDuncan, J.

The juvenile court entered judgments taking jurisdiction over father and mother’s children on the ground that the children were endangered by their circumstances. ORS 419B.1CKX1XC). One of the bases for the court’s judgment was its conclusion that father would endanger the children by allowing them to have contact with mother, who has a long history of substance abuse problems. Father appeals, arguing that the court’s conclusion that he would endanger the children is not supported by the record. We agree and, therefore, reverse and remand.
