We have recited the preliminary proceedings in this case at some length, owing to the claim made that the court did not have jurisdiction of the Franklin Life Insurance Company. The defense disclosed by the record is technical and without equitable merits. The Franklin Life Association insured John Hickson’s life for the benefit of Eosa Hick-son. He was killed while the policy was in full force and effect. We are satisfied from the evidence that the proofs of death were furnished to one acting as an agent of the association, and that no objections were made to them. It is true that there is…
