In an action to recover on a *350promissory note, the defendants appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Sherwood, J.), entered December 3, 1999, which, upon granting the plaintiffs application to amend a judgment of the same court, entered March 30, 1995, amended the judgment by awarding an additional attorney’s fee and disbursements in the sum of $21,626.11.

Ordered that the amended judgment entered December 3, 1999, is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the application is denied.
