On July 29, 2016, this Court dismissed, Dkt. No. 92 at 16, all of the claims asserted in Plaintiffs’ amended complaint except one: Plaintiff Maria Guadalupe Villarreal’s (“M. Villarreal”) claim for a declaratory judgment in accordance with 8 U.S.C. § 1503(a) and Rusk v. Cort, 369 U.S. 367, 82 S.Ct. 787, 7 L.Ed.2d 809 (1962) that she is a U.S. citizen, Pis.’ 1st Am. Pet.
