HARRELL, Judge.

Appellant, Latina Rose Smith, seeks reversal of her first-degree murder and robbery convictions rendered by a Baltimore County jury. The same jury acquitted her of robbery with a deadly or dangerous weapon. Her appeal is dependent on our review of the propriety of the trial court’s denial of her Motion to Transfer Venue 1 . We shall affirm.
