The Insurance Commissioner of the State of North Dakota filed in the District Court of Burleigh County, a petition seeking an -order to show cause why he should not take possession of the American Christian Mutual Life Insurance Company and conduct its business- and why such other relief as the nature of the case and the interests of the public, policyholders, and creditors of the company may require should not be granted.
