Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered April 17, 1972,- convicting the defendant upon a plea of guilty of the crime of attempt to commit the crime of possession of a weapon as a felony and criminal possession of a dangerous drug in the sixth degree and sentencing the defendant to two consecutive one-year terms, unanimously reversed, on the law, the sentence vacated and the case remanded for resentenee.
